​Connor Morris is a Human Resource Management professional within the automotive manufacturing industry. He has served in various roles including Employee Relations and HR Data Analytics and Digitalization. Connor also serves as a Continuous Improvement Consultant for his family-owned consulting firm, which has helped clients ranging from aerospace and defense.

 

Connor has always held a unique passion for the study of both history and human behavior, leading him to receive a Bachelor's in Psychology with a Minor in History from Clemson University. Connor also holds a Master's in Human Resource Management from the University of Scranton and a Master's in Business Analytics from the University of Oklahoma.

 

The purpose of this site is focused on the belief that the study of the history of labor, innovation, and the relationship between workers and corporations in the United States is essential to understanding how current events will continue to shape our society and the working class.
